This size guide applies to all our items, from underwear to pajamas. We recommend choosing your usual size when purchasing.

 

Man

To determine your exact size, take your measurements by placing a tape measure as close to your body as possible without tightening it.
Waist measurement is measured by placing the tape measure just above your belly button. Chest measurement is measured by passing the tape measure under your armpits, over the upper part of your pectorals, where your chest is widest.

Women
